Is there a setup fee?+
No setup fee applies to the standard START, GROW and SCALE packages during the Founding Client offer. Bespoke requirements may require a separate quotation.
Is advertising spend included?+
No. Your advertising budget is separate and is paid directly to Google, Meta or other advertising platforms.
How much advertising spend can you manage?+
GROW and SCALE include management of combined advertising spend up to £1,500 per month. Larger advertising budgets require custom pricing.
Can I upgrade later?+
Yes. Customers can move from START to GROW or SCALE as their business develops.
What happens after the initial term?+
GROW and SCALE have an initial three-month commitment and then continue monthly. START has a 12-month minimum term.
Do you guarantee leads or sales?+
No. We build, manage and optimise systems designed to improve lead generation and conversion, but advertising and business results cannot be guaranteed.
Can you build something that isn't included in these packages?+
Yes. Use CUSTOM for applications, integrations, advanced AI, bespoke automation and other specialist requirements.
