GrowStack Technologies (GST) enters into JV collaboration with Green Build Systems (GBS), UK.
GrowStack Technologies Ltd (GST) is pleased to announce its most recent JV collaboration with the Leeds based Agritech & Advanced Manufacturing company, Green Build Systems Ltd (GBS).
The JV collaboration terms agreed involves a substantial shareholding in GrowStack Technologies Ltd being acquired by GBS, bringing mutual benefits to both companies. The commitment allows for GST to access a broader range of expertise originating from GBS, including laboratory and R&D facilities, renewable energy systems proficiency, and the manufacture of mobile, bespoke, and modular buildings and envelopes that accommodate GST farming technology and solutions.
GST’s consultancy and advisory prowess has been influential in the design and build of notable Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) technology-based projects such as Growing Underground, Liberty Produce, Space10 (IKEA), and Stockbridge Technology Centre. With nearly a century’s worth of knowledge and experience collectively offered by the GST Directorship, the team will deliver an invaluable service in a Specialist Advisory capacity to the GBS management and operations.
